It's been a busy start to the year here at ecoture australia. We've been working hard behind the scenes to make some enhancements to the store.
ecoture loop is the name of our newly-minted customer loyalty program.
There are ecoture loop points on offer for a variety of activities, with more to be added.
The table below summarises how you can be earning points now:

|Make a purchase||2 points for every $1.00 spent (excluding GST & postage)|
|Refer a friend||
(plus a discount for your friend)
|Social media follows/shares||50 - 100 points|
|Birthday (if DOB provided)||500 points|
Accumulated points can be redeemed via your account for $$$, to be used for future purchases.
To become an ecoture loop member, click on the tab at the bottom left of the screen and enter your details. If you're already got a store account, it's automatically linked to the program and you should already have a points credit.

We're excited to have introduced Afterpay as an option at checkout, meaning that you'll have the option of spreading the cost of each order over four interest-free instalments.

We've partnered with ParcelPoint to make it easier to return something to us if it's not quite right.
Now, if you need to send something back for a refund or exchange, you can organise that with a few clicks online, choosing to drop your return off at a convenient ParcelPoint location or at any Australia Post outlet. For the ultimate in returns convenience, there's also a premium courier pick up service available!
ParcelPoint boasts more than 1,500 trusted locations - such as pharmacies, convenience stores and newsagencies - around Australia that are open weekends and after hours to fit in with your lifestyle. Full details are available in our Returns Policy or visit ParcelPoint.
The integration with ParcelPoint, though, is about more than just returns when something isn't right. The service will be an important component of our exciting new Waste Not, Want Not initiative. [We're not quite ready to share all the details about that yet, but will be making a grand announcement very soon. Watch this space!]
We apologise profusely that it's taken us so long, but we've finally had the chance to add sizing information to our product pages.
As always, though, if you have a question about the sizing of a particular product (or brand), you can ask us via chat (during opening hours), send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or submit an online enquiry, and we'll happily provide as much additional information as we can.
And, if you just can't decide between two sizes, it's always an option to order both and return the one that doesn't fit (within our returns guidelines).
